** Snowbird eligibility:
Snowbirds are required to pay for
their electricity year round.
Required to stay with us 6 months, and some where
else for the other 6 months.
***Permanent eligibility:
ALL requirements MUST be met (Call Our Office for More Info)
Permanent residents are required to pay for
their electric usage.
Required to stay with us 1 year or longer.
Additional Charges:
Electric Deposit: $150.00
Dump Station: $20.00
Basic rates include two people:
No Charge for infants under 3 years old.
$2.00 each for children ages 3 to 13 per night.
$3.00 each for persons 14 and up per night.
Special Events Rates may apply
Visitors:
All visitors are asked to check in at the office.
There will be an extra person charge, depending on age, per person per night for all overnight guests.
We are a PET FRIENDLY PARK:
There are designated grassy areas available for your pet.
You ARE REQUIRED to pick up after your pet.
By Law:
All pets must be under 40 pounds.
NO Bulldogs.
NO animals considered Dangerous.
ALL ANIMALS MUST BE LEFT IN YOUR TRAILER AND
LEASHED WHEN WALKING OUTSIDE.

Passport America:
50% off regular daily rate.
*We DO NOT accept Passport America between the months of December thru March.
Military discounts.
10% off our regular daily rate.
To receive discount you must show
organization membership card.
Only one discount per visit will be given.
